Returns & Shipping
YOU HAVE UP TO 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVED THE PACKAGE TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE.
WE OFFER THREE OPTIONS FOR RETURNS:
1. RETURNS IN STORE, FOR IN STORE CREDIT OR FULL REFUND {MINUS THE COSTS OF SHIPPING $6}
You can bring items back to store or ship back {you pay shipping}
Simply bring your return into the boutique during regular business hours.
Return must be made within 14 days, Tags Attached, Item[s} cannot be washed or warn. Return must be accompanied by your receipt/ invoice
2. RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT. SHIP IT BACK AT NO COST TO YOU.
Return must be started 7 Days after you receive item, must be shipped out within 14 days.

We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Tags must be attached. Invoice/Receipt must accompany your return.
3. MONEY BACK ON ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. YOU’LL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS OF $6.
Return must be started 7 days after you receive the shipment, must be shipped out to LM within 14 days

Tags must be attached, items cannot be worn or washed. Invoice/Receipt must be included.
You may NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE the following items: Nikibiki {leggings or tops}, intimates, bodysuits, items red-lined as final sale, sale items, promotional items, seasonal items {after season}, sticky bras, lingerie tape, or gift cards.
-To complete ANY return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase {Invoice or Receipt}
- Shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box. If the shoe box is used as the shipping box or if there is no shoe box sent back, we will deduct $10 from your credit amount.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will only receive partial credit IF that item has since been marked down.
- We have the right to refuse any return that is not in sellable condition or does not abide by the return policy above
