We want you to love your LM purchases and always feel fabulous wearing them. If you don't love something you receive, you can exchange it or get in-store credit for a future purchase. See all the details below!
Your purchase can be returned 14 days after purchase for exchange {at time of return} or return for in store credit. No refunds. Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sidewalk Sale SALE purchase cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
ALL Returned items {shipped, in store or pick up} must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must show no sign of wear, have tags attached, be unwashed and free from deodorant, makeup, smoke or stains.
We are not responsible for merchandise damaged after the item has been worn or washed.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Any merchandise returned outside of the 14 day return period will not be accepted.
Returns are for in store credit (gift card) or exchange. No refunds.
If merchandise is defective or if there is an error in your order you must lynmarees@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery date. Customer can ship back return item{s} and is responsible for return shipping or bring it back for free in store returns.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically shipped out SAME DAY or NEXT DAY via USPS Ground. You will be notified when your order is either ready for In-Store Pickup or it has been shipped out.
Orders placed online Saturday/Sunday will be shipped out Monday, or the day after a holiday.
Once an order has been shipped it can not be changed to expedite or in store pick up.
Free shipping is only offered on orders $100+ otherwise a fee of $8 will be charged at checkout. {free shipping does not apply to sidewalk sale sale}
LOCAL PICK-UP
Local pick up orders will be processed immediately during business hours or next business day if after business hours. You will receive a shipment/fulfilled notification when your order is ready to pickup. Please call us during regular business hours if you have any questions Mon-Fri 10-5:30 and Sat 10-3 260-333-0238.
We ask that you have your order picked up within 2 weeks of placing your order. Our 14 day return policy goes in affect once the order is placed, not when the order is picked up.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS | FINAL SALE
clearance, final sale & sale items, promotional items, leggings or biker shorts, intimates, bodysuits, seasonal/holiday items, sticky bras, lingerie tape, active wear, food/beverage items, bath & body items, candles or gift cards.
To complete ANY return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase {Invoice or Receipt}
Shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box.
We have the right to refuse any return that is not in 'sellable' condition or does not abide by the return policy above
